One of the most important aspects which is unfortunately rare in Mumbai is ‘space’. To provide a sense of endless space to every apartment, we have designed large double height 25 feet sky decks and gardens that bring sunlight inside very apartment and into the lobbies and staircases, whilst ensuring vastu compliance of every flat. Every apartment has its own plunge pool. The windows allow panoramic views and allow ample natural light. A separate staff entrance and passageway ensures privacy and security.
Landscaping: We employed Belt Collins for landscaping, who have executed projects such as Shangrila Hotel (Mumbai), Gaya Island Resort (Malaysia), and Grand Hyatt (Kuala-Lumpur), to name a few.
We believe that an all-rounded project must have great design, use only high-quality materials, and be well executed. Maintenance costs is the lowest in the category due to its ingenious architecture, smart use of materials, and planning for the future.

Paints: We enlisted paint coating manufacturer from Holland for their anti-carbonation paints that increase a building’s durability and lifespan.
Pipes: We have used Poly Propylene and Pex Pipes from a UAE-based company. About 300 skilled international workers have installed the MEP systems.
Doors & Windows: A leading building envelope specialist from Germany is on board for the window systems where we have used glass which is double glazed, laminated and shatter-proof and has a low emittance coating. Due to the air in between two layers of glass, the inside temperature is regulated automatically. This also helps in reducing the inside temperature by 2°C.
Elevators: The entire project consists of 19 Toshiba elevators. Each tower has 3 high-speed elevators serving the high zone (level 35-61) at a speed of 6 m/sec i.e. approximately 2 floors/sec. These high-speed elevators are extremely energy efficient. The high-speed elevators with regenerative drive technology will help in conserving 50% energy during downward movement. Three elevators are serving the low zone (level 1-34) at a speed of 4 m/sec i.e. approximately 1.3 foors/sec. There are 2 service elevators: one for the low zone and the other for both the zones and 5 elevators for the podium floors.
