The Jindal Aluminium Solution

Jindal Aluminium Limited (JAL) offers a vast and diverse range of aluminium extrusions. It has supplied architectural profiles of alloy 6063 to this project which will be used as curtain wall sections that allow natural filtration of light in the building. It also prevents air and moisture from entering the building, thereby enhancing the energy efficiency of the building.

A common feature in modern buildings, curtain wall sections enhance the thermal efficiency while simultaneously emphasizing the sophisticated appearance and aesthetic appeal. The alloy Temper T6 curtain wall sections supplied by JAL are designed to protect the Surat Diamond Bourse from external forces and ensure a longer life span of the building.

To execute the order, JAL developed 13 new dies and supplied architectural profiles to PSP Projects ahead of the scheduled delivery time. What normally takes months to create and deliver, JAL delivered within a record time of 30 days, highlighting their commitment to deadlines, surpassing expectations, and striving for customer satisfaction. A total of 445 MT has been supplied for Phase 1 for the project till June 2019, out of a total estimated 1000 MT.

Using Jindal Aluminum’s architectural profiles, PSP Projects is giving shape to a quality-driven sustainable and green building as aluminium is a key component of sustainable and modern architecture. The Surat Diamond Bourse is expected to be completed by 2020-21.
