Situated on the 19th floor, the 27000 sqft office offers panoramic views of the city. The reception area sets the tone with a striking lobby, bespoke desk, and hints of sleek red loose furniture and monochromatic surfaces. Polished and raw concrete walls and floors, along with the glass partitions give the open plan workspaces a minimalistic look. Bright artwork, projections and hi-tech lighting create fluidity, as well as interactivity. Rectangular desks, sofas and reconfigurable settings encourage movement and collaboration in work areas.

Open ceilings painted in grey have black lighting fixtures, especially designed for the project, to provide a light and pleasant feel. As per the collaborative nature of the office, it is 100% open with a mix of break-out areas, meeting rooms, a library and designers’ rooms equipped with adjustable workspaces, multimedia and teleconferencing capabilities. Throughout the space, Spykar’s vibrant style is notably tailored into every experience with signature graffiti. The exterior glazing shell and expansive glass partitions delineate the spaces and allow for a highly transparent environment.

The spirit of youth is heightened through use of textiles and graphics and colours such as reddish orange and greys that contrast harmoniously with wood and concrete and give a motivational vibe. With the use of eco-friendly material, the brand has reduced its carbon footprint drastically.
